It was soundproof, modern and with balcony. The setting was particularly good and perfect, really close to all the F&B outlets as well as the entire Al Ain. Besides, Jebel Hafeet was 4 km away from the property.

The restaurant here was pleasant which serve decent food, we both ordered fresh dishes. Overall it was spotless, with a private bathroom. Particularly good and unbeatable location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.

I was here for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant in the lobby. It had a clean bathroom and a safe, cable TV and a writing table.

Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.

The hotel has a good starting point for visiting the camel market. You got help choosing the sights. Restaurant and pool were very good. The staff was very friendly.

superb breakfast

The superior room with pool view was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was superb, with a great variety of delicious foods. Especially mr ramesh, were friendly and respectful. It's just a short drive to jabal al hafeet.

Our rooms have just been renovated - very nice. Excellent quality of the food in the Makani restaurant (garden).

Overall, you can tell that the hotel is getting old - pool is in need of renovation. The cleanliness of the elevators also left a lot to be desired - everything was pretty sour. However, the reception area will soon be completely renovated, and a new restaurant will be opened inside. The friendliness of the staff in the Makani restaurant was mixed - sometimes very nice, sometimes quite grumpy
